Acceptance and eligibility

By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Diamondica is intended for adults who can enter into a binding agreement.

Our website and private conversations

Diamondica presents personal brand development services, including brand strategy, creative direction, original imagery and optional ongoing presence. A website inquiry begins a conversation; it does not create a paid engagement, agency relationship or binding commitment.

AI-assisted communication

The introductory chat uses an AI-assisted agent to understand your goals, answer general questions and collect contact details for human follow-up. The agent is not a human representative and may make mistakes. Its responses are not legal, financial or professional advice and do not establish pricing, deliverables or guaranteed results.

Your submissions

You are responsible for information you choose to provide. Submit only information you are authorized to share, and do not upload or disclose confidential third-party material, passwords, payment credentials, unlawful content or another person’s sensitive personal information.

By providing contact details, you authorize Diamondica to respond to your inquiry through your selected channel. This permission is limited to the inquiry and is not consent to recurring promotional texts or automated marketing calls.

Creative examples and intellectual property

Website copy, visual design, example personas, images and other materials belong to Diamondica, CQUARED or their respective rights holders. Example directions illustrate creative possibilities; they are not preselected identities, guaranteed outcomes or endorsements by actual people.

Digital likeness and client approval

Any future use of your name, image, voice, digital likeness or other personal creative material will require a separate agreement defining the authorized material, approved uses, publication permissions and relevant ownership or licensing terms. We do not create or publish a digital twin solely because you submitted an inquiry.

Engagements, pricing and deliverables

Any paid services, timelines, fees, approvals, ownership rights and scope of work must be set out in a separate written agreement. Website examples and AI-generated responses do not replace that agreement.

Availability and limitations

The website and introductory chat are provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free AI responses, a specific audience size, public recognition or commercial results. Any separate client agreement controls the services described in that agreement.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
