Information you choose to share

When you use our private conversation or request a personal follow-up, we may collect the messages you submit, your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact channel, and details you choose to share about your ambitions, interests, professional background or desired brand direction.

Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information, such as request, browser or connection information, to deliver and protect the website.

Please do not submit passwords, government identification numbers, payment details, medical information, or another person’s private information through the chat.

AI-assisted conversations

The personal-agent chat is assisted by artificial intelligence. Messages may be processed by OpenAI to generate relevant responses and organize your inquiry. A member of the Diamondica team may review your submitted conversation, contact information and inquiry summary to respond personally.

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not treat them as a binding offer, professional advice or a substitute for a human agreement.

Why we use your information

• Operate, protect and improve the website and our client experience.
• Meet applicable legal, security or recordkeeping obligations.

Providing contact details authorizes a response to your specific inquiry. It does not enroll you in recurring promotional messages or automated marketing calls or texts.

Service providers and sharing

We may use service providers to host and protect the site, process AI responses, deliver inquiry notifications, provide email services or display web fonts. Depending on the features in use, these providers may include Cloudflare, OpenAI, Resend and Google. An automation provider may also be used when a private inquiry workflow is enabled.

We do not sell your personal information or use your private conversation for targeted advertising. We disclose information when reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect rights or comply with applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain a requested business relationship, resolve disputes or satisfy applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information associated with your inquiry, or ask us to stop contacting you. Send your request to cquared.ds@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

Privacy-first analytics and cookies

We use limited, cookieless operational analytics through Cloudflare to understand which pages are visited, where general traffic originates, which site features are used and whether private inquiries are successfully delivered. These measurements may include a page path, referring website, campaign label, country and the name of a site interaction.

We also use Google Analytics with Consent Mode to measure visits and site interactions. Until you select “Allow analytics,” analytics storage remains denied and Google receives only cookieless measurement signals. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may use first-party analytics cookies. You can decline or change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer. We disable Google advertising signals and do not use analytics for behavioral advertising or session replay.

Neither analytics system receives your private conversation, name, email address, phone number or other submitted contact details. Essential hosting, security and externally hosted fonts may process limited technical connection information needed to deliver the site.

Children

Diamondica is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

Digital likeness and future services

This introductory chat does not ask for biometric identifiers. Any later creation or use of a digital likeness, voice, image or other sensitive material must be addressed in a separate agreement and approved before that material is collected or used.
